No computer program functions the way it was intended to 100% of the time. Hardware problems, operating system glitches, and software incompatibility have the potential to cause IntelliQuote to act a little crazy.

Feedback

Bug:   If you re-install IntelliQuote, the company heading information that appears at the top of each quote report is reset to the default of "DCM Consulting".

Comment:  This behavior is by design, being a result of the "try before you buy" feature of IntelliQuote.

Solution:  Before re-installing IntelliQuote, make a copy of the file "IQ-QtHead.txt". After installing and entering the full-access registration code, copy the "IQ-QtHead.txt" file to the folder where the IntelliQuote program files are located. (Normally: "\Program Files\IntelliQ")
